WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED ABOUT TECHNOLOGIES FROM THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTING THIS PRODUCT?
-Throughout the making of our film, we have come across new technologies that we probably have never even heard of or used ourselves, we have adapted and learnt how to use each new technology and incorporated our skills in our film, the video below shows and explains in full detail about each technology we have come across and how we used them when making our final product.

EVALUATION; Q3
WHO WOULD BE THE AUDIENCE FOR YOUR MEDIA PRODUCT?
-When getting feedback from the class 30-40% of the class said that they would pay to watch our film. Most of them suggested that it would be suitable for 18-30 year olds as it is a psychological thriller and they would want to watch the film, as they would understand what is going on, they also suggested that it should be an age rating of 15, so that the younger generation could watch.
-Below is an animated version of how the target audience might look;
-And this is what she might look like in real life, an ordinary 18 year old, who attends college.
-This is what you might find in her bag;

Evaluation: Question 6- part 3

After the feedback about the film Phil asked the class what they thought was the target audience.. the video below shows what they said:
We have to think carefully about who were aiming at because if we get the target audience wrong then on one will watch your film because all our promotion and distribution would be aimed at that target audience.. we also did a show of hands to see how many fo the people from the class would pay to go cinema and watch it.
Five people out of 20 said that they would actually to go and see it, which is a good turn out. they also said that it would be raed 15 but it would be targeted for 18 to 30 year olds.
This is the link below of our feedback, at 9:27 phil askes the group who he thinks its aimed at of you want to see the discussion:

Annabelle’s whisper’s, I think that the editing was really good, with the drawings matching the camera shots. I thought that the sound was very repetitive and got annoying but at first it was really creepy/ haunting. The editing from the real clips to the drawings were excellent. I thought that the sounds could have variation and not the same throughout the whole thing. Pictures were awesome! Close up of the dolls= good and creepy. The pictures want to make us know more… really well edited, slow pace meant that it was Eerie. Titles were clean, which meant that they were readable. The singing ad music was out of time, slightly too dark on the 2nd half when drawing. Very good camerawork, lighting could have been better. The volume of the soundtrack could have been lower. Singing good but repetitive. The sound went well with the film the drawing that comes after the film works really well the shots were good lighting and titles needs to be improved it was suspenseful the drawings were wicked the editing and music was good the lighting was too dark i think the two soundtracks flowed well especially the sound track which is played during the lullaby singing some of the shots were too dark and i couldn't really see what was going on it could have been better it was suspenseful the drawings were fantastic it made you film really unique and different i was really impressed the sound wasn't so good it could have been better some parts of the film were too dark and it didn't look good that could have been improved suspense it was a bit confusing i loved the drawings the way it cut between cartoon and real life that was impressive i liked the sound it was okay the titles were good and i liked the font some shots were dark you could have brightened it up overall the film was okay i liked the drawings they were really good and unique the titles were good too but i didn't like the sound it could have been better the lighting was dark the lighting was too dark in some shots i liked the pace of the film it helped to build suspense.

This clip shows lots of different types of titles through out history. This shows us that titles can be presented in films in differnt ways aslo depending on what type of film it is.. it will help create what kind of titles go with the film...

This is the opening to any human heart, this is another really good example of what we were trying to achieve, this cartoon effect works really well! even though it has similar aspects, we didn't want it to be all cartoon like the animation on this opening, but we were inspired by it, Here is a little clip of any human heart, also there is a link below so you can watch the full title sequence for 'any human heart':

Juno is another film that inspired us for our title sequence.. i think that juno is an excellent way of breaking the typical conventions, it is really good how they animate their clips to look cartoon but still have some reality to it aswell, also it fits really well with the film.
